Setup New Users/Sales Reps

Before creating a new user you need to create a user contact.  Click the Contacts section button and the User/Rep tab above.

Click on the NEW button and enter the users First Name and Last Name and whatever other user contact information.

Now go to the Setup section and Click on the Users tab at the top of the screen to open the User Login and Access screen.

1. Click the NEW button to enter a new user.
2. Click in the User/Rep field and pop down and select the user name.
3. Click in the Full Name field and the user full name will automatically enter along with the users first name in the Login Name field.
4. Enter a Password and Click in the Access Code field to select a password.

Administrator-has full access to all screens, functions and reports.

Operations-has full access to all screens, functions and reports except the User screen.

Sales-restricts access to overwriting default pricing, all company sales reports, delete functions and     closing and opening events an event dates.

Sales Manager-same as Sales except can add and change recipe and product pricing. Kitchen-restricted to access to recipes, products, menus and all related functions and closing events and dates.

Kitchen-restricted to access to recipes, products, menus and all related functions and reports

5. Enter Phone Ext. and Rep Commission % if applicable.
